At SIXTEEN CREATION we are dedicated to providing you with an outstanding shopping experience. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order for a full refund within the specified period. Please note that we only accept returns for items purchased directly from the official Aayaron website. Any return requests for products purchased through indirect online or offline distributors will not be accepted.
Refund would be credited to the original payment method within 7days.

7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. You can return items purchased from aayaron.com for any reason within this period. Currently, we do not offer an exchange policy.

Guidelines for a Valid Return

To ensure a seamless return process, please follow these guidelines:

  1. All product tags must be intact, and items should be returned in their original packaging.
  2. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in an undamaged condition.
  3. Products should be free from any alterations, wear, or signs of use.

Note: If you receive a wrong product, missing items, or a damaged package, we recommend providing video evidence of the unboxing. Please raise such claims within 24 hours of delivery with the video proof. Without this, we may not be able to process claims related to missing or incorrect items.

How to Initiate a Return

If you would like to return a product, please follow these steps:

  2. Include the following details in your email:
    • Order ID
    • Product name
    • Product SKU

Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

Additional Notes

  • Please ensure that you hand over the correct product to our pickup partner. Aayaron is not responsible for incorrect items handed over during the pickup process.
  • For select categories such as special collections or limited-edition items, the return window may differ. Please check the product details for any exceptions before making a return request.
